Working on the website to increase engagement and bring more leads.
The Problem
The number of users clicking on the website were not converting into possible customers.
The users were finding it difficult to connect to the website and the products that it had to offer.
No specific path to convert viewers into customers.
The Goal
The goal is to update the website in a way that makes it more relatable to the users.
This update will help the users understand the product better, relate to the users and see themselves as a potential customer.
Updating the website in a way that makes it more relatable and digestible to the viewers and convert them into customers.
Impact
We were able to generate 30 new leads within a month through the new website and the number is increasing everyday!
The Website
Based on the usability tests and competitive analysis the home page was redesigned in such a way that it posed more friendly. Several lead generational paths were incorporated throughout the website in order to convert viewers into customers.
